WebRetroarch uses "cores" -- another name for emulator -- so you need to download the right ones first, through RA, open it up manually and update your cores and add new ones, etc... Then they'll be available in this LB list for Retroarch. Make sure to set it as the default emulator and hit save and that should do it.
