WebAug 15, 2024 · While sharing the stage during the Elevating Diversity & Inclusion panel discussion, Monica Jackson, VP- Global Diversity and Inclusion for Eaton, spoke to the importance of tying the DEI strategy to the business strategy. She mentioned that the DEI strategy should tie into the HR/people strategy as well. WebEaton, which is based in Ireland but has a large corporate office in Beachwood, has 87,000 employees. Two-thirds of its directors are women and U.S. minorities, and U.S. minorities make up 54% of its global leadership team. In addition, more than 40% of the participants in Eaton’s leadership development program are women, and 33% are minorities.
